Throughout twenty years of professional experience, Lisa Brys has seen a wide variety of businesses; from well organized to chaotic; some growing enthusiastically, others with dispirited, disheartened employees. In college, Lisa majored in business management and business administration. In her career, she progressed from performing routine office tasks, to implementing administrative systems. Eventually, friends began asking for her help in organizing their small businesses. Brys put her experience to work and before long, strangers were calling for help. "I wasn't looking for projects. I still had a full time job," said Brys. "But word got around, and people kept calling."
Brys always knew she had a natural talent for organizing. To learn more about latest tools and techniques, she joined the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO). A professional organizer provides structure, solutions, systems, and knowledge that increases productivity, reduces stress, and results in better control over time, space, and activities. In 2000, Brys left her regular job, and TimeWorks Professional Organizing was born.

TimeWorks has been assisting individuals and small businesses ever since. Says Brys, "The majority of small businesses fail. That's unacceptable! This country was built on small business, and we're still the backbone of the economy. TimeWorks was created to ensure small businesses have the organization and structure needed to succeed."
