Physical Organization

Lost keys, misplaced documents, over due invoices; all are common experiences for today's over busy adults- and all can be avoided with good organization.

The most fundamental part of being well organized is creating an efficient workspace. The first step is to ensure there is sufficient storage for everything, and each item has an assigned space. If there is no designated place for a particular item, it
will be left wherever it was last used,
often in the way, and then somehow "nowhere to be found" when needed.

Paper storage can be particularly challenging. A set of file cabinets is only the first step. How to organize those files is key. For example, not every piece of paper need be filed in a drawer. If a current client or project file is referenced throughout the day, there is no sense filing it away, only
to retrieve again an hour later.

TimeWorks will work with you to first assess your needs. We'll look at what you have, and how you use it. We'll help you identify what is causing problems, delays, and frustration in your regular activities.

Then we'll help you organize your physical workspace in a way that most efficiently meets your business needs. Most important, we'll help you design a workspace that is easy to keep organized.

An efficiently organized workplace, whether a building, a single office, or a home, can save hours each week -- hours that can be used for things that really matter.
